RealEchoes is an independent website built around a simple idea: practical calculators are more useful when the assumptions behind them are explained clearly.

Our focus

We focus primarily on money, work, housing and living in Ireland. The site includes tools for salary and tax estimates, mortgage scenarios, rent-versus-buy comparisons, savings projections, CV preparation and cost-of-living planning, supported by practical guides.

How we work

For rules and rates that can be verified, we prefer primary sources such as Irish Revenue and the Department of Social Protection. For user-specific questions—such as a mortgage rate, rent level or household budget—we use the values supplied by the user or clearly label planning benchmarks as estimates.

What we are not

RealEchoes is not a bank, lender, accounting practice, law firm or government service. The calculators do not make financial decisions for users and do not replace personalised professional advice.
